Awesome location. It was close to Tenjin Station, shopping area, and many restaurants nearby. After 6 pm, opposite the hotel will have a few yatai. 7-11 was directly under hotel. Staff was friendly and able to communicate in English.

Great room in a bit of industrial style. Not so big but also not supersmall. All you need was there. Wifi was fast and reliable. Staff was super friendly and also helped me with getting to an onsen I wanted to visit. I walked with my luggage from Tenjin station, the hotel is easy reachable and perfectly located. 24h 7-Eleven directly in front of the hotel.
The hotel is just about 2 min walk from Tenjin station exit 6. Lots of pharmacy shops and convenience shops nearby. Within 10 min can walk to canal city and underground shopping street. V convenient
The location was good, the apartment size was ok for a family of 4. The bathroom was great - good sized bathtub and the bathroom itself is a dryer to dry your clothes when you do laundry. The kitchen is also well equipped with utensils to eat, with stove, fridge, microwave & kettle. There are Family Mart and 7-11 nearby, and you can walk for about 10 mins to the Tenjin Station & PARCO mall.
Located above a shopping mall with proximity to Tenjin Station (could be a little confusing if you're taking the underpass connection).

Hakata's Tonkotsu Ramen is really the best Ramen. Check out Ichiran & Ippudo, and be sure to eat at one of the Yatai, either on Nishidori near Tenjin station, or next to the bridge on the Tenjin side of Nakasu-Kawabata.
