Extremely friendly and helpful staff, loved the tea ceremony, nice room, great private onsen baths. And it was nice to have the pass to visit other onsen in the area. Everything was clean and yukata and onsen kit were provided.

We stayed 2 nights at Hitotomaru and it was an amazing experience. The hosts are wonderful and so kind, the space they have created is so cozy and comfortable. We felt very privileged to be able to stay there. The breakfast and dinner offered was also very nice and reasonably priced. We were even given a lift to the train station as it was raining.
Highly recommend staying there.
