The house has everything you need - there’s a fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heating, and an air purifier, humidifier, air conditioning and dimmable lights in every room. Each room has its own toilet and shower. Showers were awesome water pressure is amazing and the hot water in winter just hits the spot.
This is a way better option to booking 4 separate hotel rooms as this comes with a shared living/dining and kitchen where you can hang out.
The owners were very hospitable, helpful and welcoming.

Hotel is new, well equipped. There is a kitchen and washing machine in every room. To get a kitchen utensils or washing liquid, ask to reception staff.

Twin room was big enough (one of the beds had a spare bed under it). Very convenient location for the entertainment and shopping district of Susukino (within a few minutes walk). The hotel is not in the heart of Susukino: quiet neighbourhood. Exit 4 of Hosui Susukino station on the Toho Line. Nice choice for breakfast. Self service amenities choice seemed to be rather large.
Location was great, I think roughly 10mins walk from Susukino station, and close to nearby recommended eateries (Garuko, Ramen Alley).
Room wise, if you're packing light (small suitcase or day bag) then plenty of space, it's very tight with a big luggage.
The whole hotel has a really cool vibe to it, the cafe is on the same floor as reception that runs 24/7, you can chill with a drink and their library (japanese and english).
Room was spacious, compared to most hotels in Japan. Breakfast was incredible never expected such quality from hotel breakfasts. Location is right next to Susukino station, great position to travel in city Sapporo.
Good location close (~10 minutes walk) to Susukino station in the very heart of Sapporo's entertainment district. The house was easy to find and apartment easy to access, and was spacious enough for 5 people. The booklet provided on site contained a lot of helpful information.
Staff are friendly and warm. Hotel location near Susukino station and shopping street. Price of hotel room comes with breakfast. Room is clean and bed were comfortable to sleep on. Free daily drip coffee and hot tea at the hotel lobby.
i was given a little quite corner area for my capsule which is near a doorway .The capsule bed are pretty comfortable . This hotel is located quite near to susukino station and a lot of delicious food are just 10- 50 metres away .. You can find the yokocho street food nearby and also lamb restaurant and a Good ramen restaurant .Transportation is just a good 200 m away from the subway . Free tea or coffee from morning to evening around 10 pm . I often bought back food to the dinner area . nijo market is my first destination .
The location was great, right beside Susukino Station. There are a lot nice food places just a 5 to 10 min walk around the hotel as well! The hotel itself was a nice as well, well furnished and a really nice to stay.
