Perfect location! It is in Shimbashi which is a quieter neighbourhood compared to other popular areas. It's peaceful and quiet in the evenings, with a nice residential vibe in the daytimes. Its surrounded by yummy local eateries and bakeries. It's a 10-15 min walk to major train stations and subways. And 15 mins from Ginza itself.
The staff are very hospitable and helpful. They were able to help us with many things like laundry, and luggage transport to our next destination.
Their free tea service is also great! I recommend making the most of it.
