Hotels near Niseko Annupuri International Ski Area, Niseko

This place is absolutely gorgeous. The room with view of Mt. Yotei was incredible. The service was impeccable, they even went the extra mile coordinating with our previous hotel and our next hotel to have a lost item shipped to our next stop. The private onsen was amazing. We don't usually do hotel breakfast, but this spread was next level, they had everything and of ridiculously good quality, I'm still thinking about the local camerbert cheese and the cured ham... Tuna sashimi and salmon roe for donburi, ridiculously good local fruits, just the tip of the iceberg, they had everything. We stayed in the off-season (late Sept 2024) so the value of the room was probably one of the best we have come across in the last 15 years of traveling the globe. Oh, didn't mention the beautiful kitchen with everything you need and super high end equipment and pots/pans etc. If you want to spoil yourself in the off-season don't think twice, just book this place. And thank you so much again to the staff for helping us recover our lost item from a previous hotel, you really went above and beyond, and we are eternally grateful. Keep up the stellar job and we can only hope to come back in the near future.

Kimamaya exceeded our expectations. We were in Hokkaido for a week mainly for skiing, and we were so glad to have made Kimamaya part of that experience. Though rooms are small, our room had everything we needed. The best part was hotel staff, shoutout to Peter and Haruka who helped us so much with restaurant bookings, laundry, arranging transport, and more. We truly had a personalized experience. The hotel breakfast was also fantastic and perfect for fueling each morning before a day of skiing. We will hopefully be back soon!

Breakfast is amazing. Onsen is great. Location is perfect if you like ski in ski out, quieter area of Niseko that has easy access to lift infrastructure.

Breakfast was adequate. Nothing fancy. Dinner rearaurant was very expensive for what you got. Staff were all lovley. Rooms were a good size.

Price is very fair given facilities and size. Breakfast was very good value. Super convenient location. Onsen bathroom was clean and very functional. 5 min walk uphill to welcome center. 1 minute walk to convenient stores and pharmacy. Sufficiently warm.
