The location was very close to the train stations and was very easy to find using Google maps.
Staff were very nice and the facilities were very straightforward - thus no need to contact or interact with the staff.
The rooms come with free amenities - all MUJI products that you can take home (staff gave me a little leaflet listing what I can take).
My room came with bathtub and I was able to soak after a long hot day!
The MUJI Ginza flagship store is connected and located within the same building of the hotel, so it was very easy to go check out the store and shop there!
