This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The location was ideal, so convenient to so much in Tokyo. Our premium room was relatively spacious (for Tokyo). The bed was comfrotable, as were other aspects of the room. The daily happy hour in the lobby was a real bonus. We were able to finish each day with a couple of glasses of wine, and brought snacks up to our room to have with breakfast the next day. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Liked the proximity to JR Shimbashi station and the Ginza subway line. Lots of restaurants around and the Ootoya on the 2nd floor was handy when you want a meal that’s good and not have to venture far! Family mart on 1st floor was also great.
I loved how Family Mart was a quick elevator ride to the ground floor. The breakfast coupons being good for purchases at Family Mart from the hotel was a big plus.
The hotel was a few minutes walk from the Shimbashi Station making getting around the city so easy!
Property was very clean too. In-house cleaning staff was amazing! I loved getting new towels every morning and all I needed to do was slap the orange magnetic sign to the door.
A stylish and comfortable boutique hotel located within walking distance of Shimbashi station (Karasumori exit). The quiet and spacious room on the 8th Floor included a large comfy bed, sitting area, desk, and small table. The onsen and sauna are a very nice amenity and wasn't crowded at all, depending on time of day. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide assortment of Japanese, Chinese, and Western items. Staff, both at reception and dining room, was friendly and helpful.
Central to Shiodome and shimbashi stations which have access to all lines. To access the Shinkasen line it’s a quick 10km trip to Tokyo station. Breakfast had great options, even though we just stuck with the Western buffet option. Did not get to try out the gym. Oh the Mt Fuji view and city views are amazing.
Excellent location, everything you need you can find nearby. Excellent view from our room on 34th floor, and a beautiful view from the lounge on 25th floor. Very clean and good size of the room. Staff were very friendly and very supportive. It’s very convenient if you use public transportation. It has a direct exit from the hotel to the New Transit Yurikamome line (an automated guideway transit service operated, connecting Shimbashi station to Toyosu, via the artificial island of Odaiba).

The location is just perfect! Literally right the entrances of Shiodome and Shimbashi stations. Can easily travel from and to airports. Convenient to go anywhere in Tokyo. Walking distance to Ginza.
Excellent hotel next to Shimbashi Station. Convenient area to connect and reach any part of Tokyo easily. Surrounded by many dining options and close to Hibiya Park. The staff were extremely helpful and polite and the rooms very comfortable, clean and quiet.
Excellent location, near everything in Ginza, included Shimbashi station.
We had problems with the room we received, which had an unpleasant smell, just like all the corridors in the floor. We asked to be moved, and it took a while until they understood us, but they moved us to another room in another floor, without any problems.
The room was nice and compfortable.
