Very friendly and helpful staffs. Apartment hotel is a great idea for family stay where we could eat feed our baby and clean her stuffs and do our laundry. Location is close to Tokyo station and quiet. It is also not far from Ginza, Tsukiji market and Akihabara. Staffs even prepared birthday gift for my 1 year old girl so SWEET!!!

Room was situated on the 33rd floor, offering a spectacular bird’s eye view of the surrounding area and bay. Size of the room was about as expected (larger than the typical Japanese hotel certainly) given the price we paid. Did not try the breakfast/food. Public bath was nothing spectacular.

The Gate Hotel Ryogoku is a few minutes easy walk to the station and offers excellent room facilities. It’s located in a quieter part of Tokyo opposite the Sumo wrestling stadium and adjoining the river. The room had all the necessities for a comfortable stay including a bathtub which was wonderful after a long day out walking. I would recommend this hotel and would return.
