Really nice hotel in a super handy location for Sannomiya. I stayed for 5 nights and it was a little cramped for that amount of time, but apart from the room being a little small it was ideal. Very clean, the reception and entrance was really nice and modern, I used the laundry which was also ideal and had a vending machine as well. The bathroom was a decent size compared to some places I've stayed. The free amenities were the best of any hotel I stayed in in Japan, including some 4 star places. I particularly appreciated the tea and facemasks.
I'd definitely recommend it, especially if you want something central and easy to get back to after a day or night out.

Great Hotel near the Sannomiya station. Very close to a LOT of restaurants and lively neighbourhood. Had an amazing lunch experience just 3 minutes out.
Hotel offered free filtered water in the lobby, kept our bags prior to check-in and an ice-cream bar between 8 and 10pm (did not try it but seemed nice and amazing for kids). Hotel was clean, rooms spacious. Staff was nice and polite.
Excellent location, 3 min walk from JR Sannomiya station, with many restaurants around. Room is ok in size. Since the hotel starts from 17 floor, all rooms are with good panoramic view. Room is clean and tidy too.
The location is at the entrance of Nankinmachi and about 10 min walk from the JR Sannomiya station and the Kobe-Sannomiya Hankyu station which helps you move easily to sightseeing spots and attractions in Kobe. It’s also very close to shopping streets and restaurants.

The location is very convenient because it's literally just 6-min walk to Sannomiya station. From there, we got to all tourist destinations easily. The staff who checked us in was a trainee but she was doing great job and was friendly. The provided amenities are abundant (face wash, moisture milk, comb, etc) and in good quality. The price point for this hotel is cheaper compared to other places in Kobe.
The hotel was near Sannomiya and Kobe-Sannomiya stations, allowing us to travel to various attractions without navigating so much, and right across from Round 1 which we could easily drop by on the way back. So many restaurants to try and shopping that could be done nearby as well. We also liked having new sets of towels and pyjamas provided daily and the charging ports at the bedside.

2. Hotel design and furnishing are fairly elegant
3. Each floor has an added layer of security, entering from the elevators.
4. Onsen is fairly large, and has both hot and cold pools, which I haven't seen in many hotels in Japan which I've stayed at before.
5. Amenities like toothpaste/toothbrushes, and water dispenser, provided together with the onsen.
Hotel is very clean and modern with friendly check-in staff. Short walk (just over 5 mins) from Sannomiya station. Room was great as well, slightly on the small side but that's par for most standard hotels in Japan. I had the "do not disturb" sign out during my stay and the cleaning staff kindly left clean towels and amenities hanging on the door handle each day.
Japanese-style breakfast buffet. Great location to reach Sannomiya station! (So close that you may hear the trains at night, but I didn't particularly mind.) Nice to have a small bathtub and fancy Japanese toilet. There were pyjamas you could borrow, slippers that you could take with you, and an all-you-can-read manga service in the hotel network.
