This is a beautiful hotel- the rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional and the cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding. The area has many metro stations close by as well as lots of shops and restaurants. It’s a quiet area compared to Namba which we enjoyed. The restaurant is also very nice - good quality and beautifully prepared. Highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. They have offered to drive us to the Nankai station which save us a lot of time to walk from the hotel to the station with big luggage’s and young kids . Great location , easy access to Namba - Osaka station and dotonbori. Rooms were spacious and clean. We like the drinking station which provides free drinks. Also, the massage chair, which was a superb facility. We had a very pleasant stay.
Excellent location as it is quite near Osaka station - within walking distance. 24-hr Lawson convenient store is just beside the hotel. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. The room is well kept and clean.

The location is excellent. There is a direct bus from Kansai Airport ( although the numbers are very limited). the hotel links to Sinsibashi metro station that has a direct link to Shinosaka station for Shinkansen.
Such a well located and lovely apartment. Staff at the desk were wonderful and very helpful. Amenities near the desk are plentiful and easy to select. The room is well appointed for a short stay. The location is perfect, surrounded by lots of Izakaya, clothing and convenience store near the entry. Easy walk to JR Namba and Namba Stations for links to Osaka and Shin-Osaka stations
10 mins walk from Shin-Osaka station with the option of using the shuttle bus was amazing. The room was cozy but small (understandable as it is common in Japan). Lawson's across the road made it convenient to get snacks, an easy breakfast, or necessities. Buffet breakfast in the hotel was decent, nothing special.
The place is not in a touristic area, but it's very close to shin Osaka station and metro. The bed is quite comfortable and large. The apartment is large when compared to other places in Japan.
It was a lovely stay! We stayed for 4 nights as we were travelling around Osaka and other locations in Kansai and it was a lovely base to stay in. Very convenient for the trains and Shin-Osaka station and very polite staff available 24 hours a day. I speak Japanese but it was very helpful for my English only speaking wife to have staff to translate. It is a more 'business' like hotel but I still found it very welcoming and comfortable. Would recommend!
