We got upgraded for free which was an amazing surprise. The view was amazing and the suite was very nice. Nice staff, great location close to Osaka's castle.

The hotel is best described as hip in a cozy way. The staff are super friendly and the lobby/cafe/restaurant area is nicely decorated with a good menu of food. My fiancee and I didn't have breakfast there, but we had wine in the lobby one night where the options available were nice as was the ambiance. The room in the hotel is plenty comfortable, and we had a nice window view of the Kyu-Yodo river and Nakanoshima island. We found the washer and dryer on site to also be helpful. Overall, we thought the room was also good value for money.

Lovely mix or traditions and comfort, delicious and variety breakfast, yummy late-night ramen and cold treats in onsen area. Amazing onsen experience and massage chairs to relax. It felt like a wellness hotel and three nights there were a good decision. Lawson convenience store in the same building. Highly recommend to try okonomiyaki at Nagai little restaurant just 5-10 minutes walk.
