This hotel was very close to Haneda Airport (12 minutes) and it provided a very nice free shuttle. Close to a train station. Ate twice at the restaurant which catered to more American tastes and was very enjoyable. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Staff allowed me to pay for some items with my Japanese coins. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. We recommend this hotel.

The staff at My Stay Premier Tokyo were wonderful—friendly and attentive. For a three-star hotel, it’s a valuable option in Tokyo, especially considering the high prices in the area. The rooms are spacious, and the location is convenient, just two stops from Shinagawa Station. The hotel also provides a shuttle to Haneda Airport, which is a nice perk. That said, the rooms could use a bit of an update. I noticed a slight odor in the room, and the bathroom didn’t feel as clean as expected, despite the hard work of the cleaning staff. With a few upgrades, this hotel would be an even better choice.
