The room was spacious for Japan and excellent use of the space available. It was very clean. It was a good location - easy to ueno and to asakusa but also quiet and away from hustle and bustle of bigger areas of Tokyo. Loved having the washing machine in the room too and the small kitchenette

Great location, across the road from Asakusa station, 7Eleven next door and a vast array of restaurants and shops behind the property. We stayed in 4 single beds which were very firm but comfortable. Washing machines available on 2 floors and you can see the availability/ progress of the wash from your room.

Location - lots of locals, not many tourists. Room setup - was great for our family of 4 (kids 9 and 11 yo) Laundry facilities - free, very convenient.

Very clean hotel as guests walk around in socks only. Love love love the free 24/7 onsen with natural spring water (even though I only booked one night, I went to the onsen 2x- once before midnight and once at 6am!) The post-onsen complimentary Yakult, popsicles and massage chair session was also amazing. Room wise, it was big enough for 2 of us and our infant. Child safe too as the floor was clean for baby to crawl around with no safety hazard in the way… view was also great, as we were in a rustic area with the temple around…we regret not being able to stay for a few more nights!
