Absolutely everything. Hotel itself is beautifully furnished. All staff were so helpful and attentive especially assisting manager Anthony who always made time for guests and helped in any way he could to make sure everything was as it should be. We will definitely be returning to hotel Sosei.

Location is great, walking distance to odori station (doable with 3 kids including a 1yo in winter). Also near odori park for a quick jaunt. Good size for a hotel in Japan. Baby cot provided was perfect. Other kids amenities (including toys and childrens pajamas!) available on request. Coffee and tea in the lobby. Also free lounge use every afternoon with drinks and snacks tho we didn't get a chance to enjoy it. Will definitely stay again!
I had an excellent experience, staff were so friendly and warm. The room is very spacious and breakfast spread was great. It is in between Sapporo and Odori stations which makes it easy to travel. Just a note, nearest Sapporo Station exit is 21. However if you are travelling with luggage, exit 23 is just across the street with elevator. Will definitely recommend this hotel.
Nice location close to Odori station, clock and Odori park/mall. 8-9 minutes to station and you can walk underground. Airport bus ia just at Grand hotel. Familymart and Starbucks is very close.
The hotel is very well maintained, staff are very helpful and friendly. Location is good, walking distant to many areas, including Sapporo and Odori station, Susugino area, etc.
Good location opposite to the park, short walking distance from Odori station, walkable distance to TV tower, clock tower, botanical gardens, shopping places. Very friendly staff, comfortable room, good coin laundry within hotel which wasn't busy. Self lockable left luggage area was available near the reception when we arrived earlier than expected.
Tip: the closest exit from station is a narrow flight of steps, would suggest looking for an exit with an elevator if carrying a lot of luggage.
Right next to exit 2 and 3 of Odori station. Hotel is rated 3 star but comes with 4 star service. Scented lobby and corridor to relax the mind, bottle of water supplied daily and telephone in the room in case you need help.
Location is very good. Just nearby the shopping area and only few mins away from the Susukino or Odori Station. Hotel staffs are caring and thoughtful. Appreciate to their support when needed.
This was my favourite hotel during the Japan visit! It's modern, clean, staff were helpful and friendly, and so conveniently located! We got a stunning view of Odori Park as well as Sapporo Tower. The beds were comfortable and the vibes of the hotel was cosy. Super conveniently located to Odori Station and roughly a 10-15 minute walk to Sapporo Station. Would 100% stay here again and would recommend to others!
The hotel is near Tanukikoji street and Sapporo TV tower so is very convenient to go to these locations if you are intending to visit them. The hotel is very clean and a lot bigger than most Japan hotel rooms. The amenities need to be collected at hotel lobby if you need extra. One thing to note is that it takes around 10 minutes to walk to Odori station and it will be a challenge to lug your luggage along the way, especially when there is heavy snowfall.
Located near the Tanukikoji covered shopping street. There's an airport shuttle that stops a few streets from the hotel which makes it very convenient. Odori Park and Odori station are just a few blocks away. The room was spacious. Hotel staff really friendly, responsive and helpful.
