The apartment is spacious and well-designed, offering a comfortable and practical layout. The Sapporo streetcar/tram is just a few meters away, making it incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions like Mount Moiwa Ropeway and Odori Park.
The beds are very comfortable, and there is ample personal space for relaxing after a day of holiday activities.
The location is one of the best. Short walking distance to Sapporo station, Odori Park and Nishi market. Cost only around ¥1000 to take taxi from Suzukino to hotel if you are lazy to take train or bus. Airport liner from new Chitose airport stopped right in front of the hotel while going to airport stopped at the building next to it.
Oh, Yamato counter is just at the basement of the hotel. So convenient to drop your baggage or box there.
The apartment was very much near Odori Park which were the highlight of our Sapporo trip. It is also near the convenience store so we didn't need to walk too much to get our favorite foods. Checking in was also not a problem since the host provided the details on how to get the keys.
Location is great, walking distance to odori station (doable with 3 kids including a 1yo in winter). Also near odori park for a quick jaunt. Good size for a hotel in Japan. Baby cot provided was perfect. Other kids amenities (including toys and childrens pajamas!) available on request. Coffee and tea in the lobby. Also free lounge use every afternoon with drinks and snacks tho we didn't get a chance to enjoy it. Will definitely stay again!
This hotel and the hoteliers are exceptional. The staff are polite, helpful and will always work with you to navigate Japanese & English.
I would encourage travellers to practice Japanese to help meet the staff halfway or pick up an app to support.
Honestly, this was a brilliant place to stay, across from the amazing Odori park! I highly recommend.
It’s not the first time to stay at Prince hotel in Japan. As usual many facilities, complimentary shuffle bus to JR station, located near Odori park. Clean, luxury place.
The apartment had a good location, close to a park and metro and around 15 min to the odori park. Between the apartment and the hotel are many restaurants to try. The self service checkin worked well. There was also shampoo and soap provided which was useful.
This was my favourite hotel during the Japan visit! It's modern, clean, staff were helpful and friendly, and so conveniently located! We got a stunning view of Odori Park as well as Sapporo Tower. The beds were comfortable and the vibes of the hotel was cosy. Super conveniently located to Odori Station and roughly a 10-15 minute walk to Sapporo Station. Would 100% stay here again and would recommend to others!
Good location, close to the Odori Park and within a walking distance to the subway. Convenience store, Komeda Cafe and a couple of restaurants are close to the hotel too. The hotel is modern, quiet and the check-in procedure is smooth. The room is a bit small, but similar to Japanese hotels in the same price range. It offers all the amenities needed for a short stay.
