Everything!! The hotel staff was amazing , especially Masumi !! They were so helpful, since we were traveling with kids they upgraded our rooms !! Such an amazing property. Great location as well. It is close to airport, and to the castle as well. I wish we could have stayed there longer !

Amazing old japanese building, breathtaking nature around. Bus stop to Hakone and Odawara stations just at the exit from property. Beautiful garden in 2 minutes walking.
The onsen was wonderful, and dinner and breakfast made my mouth feel like heaven.
The property was very beautiful and serene. It was a bit of a trek to get to from Odawara station but still beautiful. The property was clean and spacious. Very relaxing. The private onsen was also fantastic. The room itself was also very spacious.
This was possibly the most beautiful hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We were picked up from the Ashinoyu bus station by the on-call free hotel shuttle service and used the once a day morning shuttle to return to Odawara station. The hotel didn’t seem busy during our stay and we essentially had the baths (one indoor pool and one outdoor pool) to ourselves. The rooms and facilities were very clean and the tatamis extremely comfortable. The rooms were spacious for four people. We had an amazing time and would absolutely come back if in the area.
The breakfast and dinner were amazing. It is a very traditional Japanese Kaiseki meal so if you are picky then maybe it’s not for you. But I loved it. It’s definitely an experience. The location is perfect - Literally like a two minute walk to the train station and bus stop to the hakone ropeway and odawara station so if you have luggages, it’s not a problem. Staff were also really attentive.
Stunning location. Very helpful staff. Room was very luxurious. Onsen is tranquil and relaxing. Hotel provided a bus service to pick up and drop off from Odawara station.
Onsen was amazing, beautiful property, fun to pick out yukata, great value for price, no problem bringing our carry-on luggage from Odawara station to Yutorelo-an for early luggage storage before check-in time. Also free drinks, the beer was so good!

just be aware it’s a long walk with steep slopes if you try to walk here from the train or bus station. We rented a car from Odawara station and had no issues finding the place. It is high up on the side of the mountain with a nice view

Loved the private onsen on the balcony of our room, and enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner options. It was nice to have the free shuttle from Odawara station rather than taking public transit, but the ropeway was very close to the hotel. The ferry was also very close to the hotel so it was easy to get around with the Hakone Freepass.
