This was the most incredible hotel experience I have ever had. The location is absolutely stunning and surrounded by nature. The staff and service are beyond exceptional- we were treated like royalty! The rooms are just beautiful, relaxing, and the beds were super comfortable. Of course we enjoyed the private onsen and did not want to leave. The food was such a treat- truly a culinary masterpiece for both breakfast and dinner (both included in our stay). They provide you with everything you need- all standard amenities, pajamas, bath robes, water, free drinks, even a free midnight snack! How could anyone not love this place and the people. I will be dreaming of my stay for a very long time.

We loved our stay at "Have a Nice Day" and would recommend it to family and friends. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The facilities are great and its presented with so much love and care. The location is great and does not really come out on the photos. You are literally opposite Odawara Castle and in the middle of the town. A little gem and one of the best places we stayed during our tour.

Convenient to Odawara Station and a short train ride from Hakone and Tokyo. Walking distance to Odawara Castle. Ocean view from some rooms. Saw many family and school groups in the hotel. Quiet. Comfortable. Fresh towels daily, which is nice in the humid Japanese summer. Convenience stores nearby for late night snacking.
Can’t beat the location of the hotel as it is on top of the train station. It is pleasant to have breakfast with view of ocean and Odawara castle. I shipped my luggage to the hotel before checking in, and the luggage was in our room when we opened the door. Breakfast was delicious.
big rooms for Japanese standards. many restaurants and groceries just outside of the hotel very close to the train station. walking distance to the Odawara castle and around. Nice foot bath on roof top with beautiful views. Private onsen is kind of small and nothing special.
The kitchen and lounge are big and clean. The Hakone bus stop is just around the hotel, so with the Hakone pass, it is easy to visit Hakone area. The Odawara castle is close by. It is a contact free check in and out process, the manager sends very detailed information so it was easy and smooth. The manager replies email quickly so any question can be answered in no time. Very helpful.
The room was the largest I have ever stayed in while living in Japan! It was very peaceful, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. What a treat to stay in a 100-year old ryokan! The host was so gracious and even stayed extra late to check us in around midnight when our flight was delayed.
There is a communal kitchen with great tasting, local coffee for free. Linen yukatas and slippers were provided.
The ryokan itself is very close to Odawara station and also to the beautiful Odawara castle.
The hotel very close to Odawara station and Odawara castle. the room is very wide, incredibly clean and well maintained and big windows with a nice view of the area. The staff is very friendly and check in and check out was easy.
The room has two powerful air conditioners, a very clean shower and a washing machine.
