Everything!! The hotel staff was amazing , especially Masumi !! They were so helpful, since we were traveling with kids they upgraded our rooms !! Such an amazing property. Great location as well. It is close to airport, and to the castle as well. I wish we could have stayed there longer !

It's an apartment that you could actually live in, as opposed to a hotel room/typical AirBnB. Very spacious with all the facilities you'd need. Very clean and comfortable. Can’t beat the location of the hotel as it is on top of the train station. It is pleasant to have breakfast with view of ocean and Odawara castle. I shipped my luggage to the hotel before checking in, and the luggage was in our room when we opened the door. Breakfast was delicious.

big rooms for Japanese standards. many restaurants and groceries just outside of the hotel very close to the train station. walking distance to the Odawara castle and around. Nice foot bath on roof top with beautiful views. Private onsen is kind of small and nothing special.

The kitchen and lounge are big and clean. The Hakone bus stop is just around the hotel, so with the Hakone pass, it is easy to visit Hakone area. The Odawara castle is close by. It is a contact free check in and out process, the manager sends very detailed information so it was easy and smooth. The manager replies email quickly so any question can be answered in no time. Very helpful.
The room was the largest I have ever stayed in while living in Japan! It was very peaceful, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. What a treat to stay in a 100-year old ryokan! The host was so gracious and even stayed extra late to check us in around midnight when our flight was delayed.
There is a communal kitchen with great tasting, local coffee for free. Linen yukatas and slippers were provided.
The ryokan itself is very close to Odawara station and also to the beautiful Odawara castle.
