Modern art deco lounge area was very nice and relaxing. The background music in the lounge and restaurants was high fidelity quality and pleasing to listen to. The hotel restaurant and breakfast was very good. The room and bathroom was immaculately clean. The reception staff was excellent, and very courteous and helpful. The bed was huge and comfortable and the HDMI dongle on the TV was a nice touch. There were plenty of restaurants near the hotel, but we mostly enjoyed the hotel's restaurant cafe and restaurant as the hotel ambience was excellent.

The hotel was a very unique and modern design, art everywhere, and really thoughtful details throughout. The location was terrific and the park around has a lot of amenities like restaurant, coffee shops, and great places to hang out. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. “Japanese breakfast” was our first in Japan and was delicious and challenging and an adventure everyday.

This hotel is very near to Sakae station, Sunshine Sakae, Mitsukoshi, and other malls. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby. It isn’t difficult to find it too. I love how clean the facilities are and how polite the staff is. My whole stay was comfortable. I will definitely book here again should I return to Nagoya.

Rooms were clean, spacious (by Japanese standards) and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with both western and Japanese dishes available. The service by their friendly staff was definitely commendable and they even offered to hold on to our luggage after checkout. The location was amazing, with the Nagoya castle, Oasis 21, restaurants, parks and subways all walking distance from the hotel. All in all it is an excellent hotel for both business folks and tourist alike.
Lovely little hotel, close to the subway with all amenities and a little laundry room. Comfortable rooms with new towels everyday. Walking distance from Oasis 21 and plenty of shops and restaurants. Front desk staff was very helpful and coordinated our Yamato luggage transfer easily!

the room was clean and spacious for a japan room size. the location of the hotel is perfect, because it is within sakae, but also near osu shopping district and nagoya science museum. a number of good restaurants are also within walking distance from the hotel. most restaurants are very near the hotel location. ichiran is also near the hotel, which is my son's favorite. mirai tower and oasis 21 are also within walking distance. we also enjoyed the night walks to and from nagoya station.
The location is conveniently close to Oasis 21, Chubu Mirai Tower and other shopping/restaurant centers . The Nagoya Castle is within 25 minutes of walking.
There is a luggage storage service. I stored my luggage before check-in and after check-out which was very convenient.
There are many amenities one can choose, including pillow.
Small public bath is a great bonus as a place to relax after a day of sightseeing. There was free ice pop one can enjoy after the hot bath.
close to Don Quijote, Oasis 21 and Central Park (underground mall) it is in the quiet part of the neighbourhood. bigger rooms compared to other hotels in nagoya and super worth the price. like their amenity viking area too where you just take what you need for skin care, hygiene etc. love that they give bath salts too
