we like the location. It's so convenient to Nara park, temples and malls. There are so much to offer including choices of food, souvenirs and so close to train station, bus stops. We like the cleaness of the hotel. The room was very spacious and very affordable rates. On top of that, the staffs are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and like to visit again if I have the chance to visit the area again.

- This hotel is beautiful, cozy and so peaceful. From the room design to the lobby and restaurant, always with a view of the serene courtyard - I wish I could have stayed longer just to relax and take in the atmosphere a few more days.
- The location is excellent, with just a 10 minute walk to the Kintetsu train station with connections to Kyoto, Osaka and more. Also in walking distance are most of Nara’s sights: Naramachi with lots of shops, restaurants and breweries, many shrines and temples, and Nara Park (with deer hanging out right outside the hotel doors). The pagoda was under construction when we stayed but would have been a beautiful view right from the rooftop terrace.
- The food was delicious. I still dream about the onigiri rice balls we had for breakfast. Unlimited tea, coffee, juices, beer, whisky soda and other drinks was really nice to have.
- The wood chip foot bath was an intriguing new experience and very nice after a long day of walking around town.
- It was great to be able to choose the level and frequency of housekeeping.
- The included walking tour was great; our guide showed us beautiful spots to take photos and pointed out interesting facts that we would have missed otherwise.
- My husband smokes and was very appreciative of the designated spot on the rooftop where he could go without bothering anyone.
- The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were so nice. I really felt a difference in how soft my hair was after I used it.
- The pyjamas were the most comfortable. I wish I could have bought a pair to bring home!
- The hotel’s focus on sustainability.

The location was superb- autumn colour, mountain air, views into Nara. The shuttle bus worked well for us. The hot tub on the rooftop was amazing. Food was truly excellent and the wait staff very polite and helpful.

Staff was extremely helpful and nice. We mentioned what we had planned to do and staff automatically provided a map and marked the areas of interest. The room decor was really nice. We enjoyed the amenities offered. We didn't know at the time, but the onsite restaurant is a Michelin star restaurant which we enjoyed very much as well.

Nice hotel, great location, less than 10 min walk to Nara station. Hotel was very clean and had a very nice breakfast. What impressed me was they provided everything, even face was and toner! And in the lobby, you could help yourself to amenities and drinks, and an area where you could soak your tired feet in hot stone! We could even "rent for free" things like extension cords and hair curlers. Am glad we booked another Centurion Hotel on our trip
Conveniently close to the main Nara station as well as Nara park. The shopping street next to the station, as well as the hotel street, have a lot to offer for both shopping and eating! The in-house coffee is very yummy too :9
We like the location near Nara Station, the rooms are also slightly bigger than other hotels which gives you more space to store your suitcase and move around. The staff was friendly and we had an easy check in experience.
The location was right in front of the JR Nara station to the direction of Nara Todaiji park and temples. It will be super convenient if you are travelling by train. The hotel is very clean and the onsen bath was pretty decent considering the location. They offer some free midnight noodles and ice lolly, which we found really nice 😋We enjoyed the stay. Rooms were on the small side, but this is typical of Japan hotels. They were modern and clean.
The location is superb. Less than 5 min from Kintetsu Nara Station. Breakfgast, whether Western or Japanese is very good. Service and friendliness is absolutely tops. The inside Onsen warm bath9is an extra bonus I treas1ure very much. Rooms are "roomy" and in a quiet street. Wifi works fine everywhere. You can order dinner served "in your room" and this is a true experience. I have used this hotel many times over more than 10 years!
Right next to JR Nara station work covered walkway access Breakfast was excellent. Definitely go for the waffle Benedict when available. There always seemed to be an English speaking staff member available. Meg (Megumi) was especially helpful. Housekeeping staff on 9 th floor is excellent. Keep in mind this a a Japanese hotel and the single room I had is really small worked well for me but even though there is a full bed would be cozy for 2 people.
Conveniently located. A couple of minutes from Kintetsu Nara Station, 10 minute walk from Todaiji, Kasuga Taisha and Nara National Museum. Also, having a spacious room with a small lounge area and 4 single beds was a rare find. It might have been the most affordable and most spacious hotel we stayed in Japan.
Great economical hotel. Booked last minute. Recommend the buffet breakfast which had both western and Japanese offerings. Hotel is located across from the JR Nara station which was great for access. 7-Eleven is just down the street, and restaurants nearby. Nara has a lot to see and do. Being right off the train, this could be a good choice for those looking for a hub to make day trips from. Washers and dryers are available for a small fee in the hotel (400¥).
