The hotel location is super near to the train station and bus stop is just front of hotel for us to take direct bus to New Chitose airport. This is super convenient for us to travel around and easy access to any places.

This stay offered stunning views of Nakajima Park, definitely a prime location in winter. It was a short 5 minute walk through the park to the closest subway station, Nakajima Koen, with many convenience stores around.
The checkin process was smooth and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly. Anytime entering or exiting the hotel, we were always greeted and met with a smile.
Every aspect of our stay here was outstanding and made our time in Sapporo comfortable and memorable.
1. location was great. in a quiet side of sapporo but just 4 min walk to nakajimakoen sta and nakajima park. also12 min walk to susukino. 2.family suite is spacious, comfortable bed for 6, nice couch, ref and stove. 3. staff are kind and helpful.
The rooms were spacious and well designed. The staff were very friendly as well. The hotel is located around 10 minutes away from Susukino and we liked that the area around Nakajima Park is calm, quiet and not as touristy.
Friendly staff. Peaceful and quiet. Hotel has laundry room and restaurant which serves buffet breakfast. Nakajima Park is just opposite the hotel (we can see the park from our room).
. There is a small ramen/cha soba restaurant run by a couple and a convenient store nearby. Parking is available at the hotel (1500 yen per night)
i’ve seen a lot of comments about the hotel needing an update. However, everything was clean, functioned perfectly, and had a bit of retro charm. In addition, it is a very good value. staff was professional and courteous and the location next to Nakajima Park can’t be beat.
During the winter months, you can cross country ski with equipment provided free of charge by the city of Sapporo. What a great concept!
