Modern art deco lounge area was very nice and relaxing. The background music in the lounge and restaurants was high fidelity quality and pleasing to listen to. The hotel restaurant and breakfast was very good. The room and bathroom was immaculately clean. The reception staff was excellent, and very courteous and helpful. The bed was huge and comfortable and the HDMI dongle on the TV was a nice touch. There were plenty of restaurants near the hotel, but we mostly enjoyed the hotel's restaurant cafe and restaurant as the hotel ambience was excellent.

The hotel was a very unique and modern design, art everywhere, and really thoughtful details throughout. The location was terrific and the park around has a lot of amenities like restaurant, coffee shops, and great places to hang out. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. “Japanese breakfast” was our first in Japan and was delicious and challenging and an adventure everyday.

The hotel met our needs to explore Nagoya. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The twin room was clean and had all the basics. The hotel was located above the Unimall which was an extension of the underground shopping and restaurants connect to Nagoya Station. It was a 15 min walk to Nagoya station., no problem with luggage. We added the breakfast which was a set Japanese meal with a stir fry of meat and cabbage, rice, soup, salad and small vegetable dishes opposed to the usual breakfast buffet.
The hotel is at a great location just 1 block away of Nagoya Station.
The hotel was easy to find and the staff was great, they gave us tips for train usage, specially since we were there for the F1 Grand Prix weekend.
The room and bathroom were bigger than most Japanese hotels we've visited. Not much but any additional space is always welcome.
The room is very spacious. It's big for Japan size. Our room even had pull out bed (but we only found out on our last night of stay). The staff were accommodating and can speak good English. They help you with your questions and concerns.
The hotel is also very accessible or easy to go to the airport since it's the first stop of the airport bus. You just have to walk a block away and easy pick up versus bus or cab to Nagoya station then train. It has a good izakaya place across and a Ministop nearby.
The room was very clean and a good size compared to some other Japanese hotels that I have stayed in. The staff were friendly and helpful and I liked that it was close to Nagoya Station. My room was also nice and quiet.
Everything was great at this hotel. It has direct access from the Nagoya station, which has all the necessities one could want. The room, hotel amenities, bathroom accessories, and everything was great. Hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic. This hotel was one of the best I have stayed at in Japan.
The location of the hotel is located just across the road and a few meters away on a straight road from Meitetsu Nagoya station's central gates. Hence, it is very easy to get to and from Centrair Airport. The receptionists cannot speak English, but thanks to Japanese hospitality, they always go to arms and legs to help in any way possible.
Great location to walk around Sakai area. Easy access from Nagoya station. I particularly liked the tiled shower which is nicer than the usual all-plastic combo bathrooms in Japanese hotels.
the room was clean and spacious for a japan room size. the location of the hotel is perfect, because it is within sakae, but also near osu shopping district and nagoya science museum. a number of good restaurants are also within walking distance from the hotel. most restaurants are very near the hotel location. ichiran is also near the hotel, which is my son's favorite. mirai tower and oasis 21 are also within walking distance. we also enjoyed the night walks to and from nagoya station.
The room was a decent size compared to most hotels in Japan. The hotel provided grab and go breakfast and had a machine in the lobby for free coffee, tea, water and even miso soup (very good). The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. It was a short walk to Nagoya Station and surrounded by lots of shopping and restaurants.
This hotel is very clean with a great location, however, my single room was pretty small. They do not have concierge nor bell service so if you do not speak Japanese, you will have hard time to get by. I was there over the weekend with my family so we enjoyed our time, walking around and shopping, and dining. It’s above Nagoya station and department stores so you will find everything you need once you take the elevator down.
