Excellent and friendly staff. Very professional and helpful. Cleaning staff was very thorough with making up my room.
The hotel and the rooms are very modern and clean. Fairly spacious for a business hotel and well laid out. I had plenty of room to move around.
There's a cafe space on the first floor with free tea, water, and soft drinks for all guests which I found quite refreshing.
The hotel is right in front of a major shopping arcade, several bus stops, and several streetcar stops. Its also just around the corner from a major tourist street that leads to the Matsuyama chair lift. You can take a bus directly from the airport to a stop right in front of the hotel. The hotel's location is excellent.
All the amenities were excellent and the AC's were allowed to go down to 20 C, allowing the room to stay quite cool even in the peak of summer.

The hotel was quiet and comfortable. It is about 15 mins walk from the JR Matsuyama station. At about 5 minute walk from the hotel, there's a tram station, which takes you to Matsuyama Castle, Dogo Onsen, etc.
Closest hotel to jr Matsuyama station. Used coin laundry 2nd floor. Breakfast typical hotel breakfast but only 950yen if prepay day before. Convenient as streetcar right in front of hotel.
The staff were very wonderful, very considerate and did their best to accommodate and help me. The location is a bit far from JR Matsuyama station, but it's close to Matsuyama castle and a few nice shopping streets.
