Located right across the street from the Makuhari convention center. Best choice for attending any event happening. The hotel is very neat with plenty of services indoors on top of its great location. Public bath is very neat and not too crowded. Hotel restaurants and buffet are quite good for the value.

Location as always! I always book this hotel for its convenient link to my workplace. The staff was very helpful during checking in. The room was clean and well maintained and there was a welcome drink (free bottle of water) in the room. There are lots of eating places on site and two convenience stores on the first and 2nd floors. It was neat for grabbing quick snacks or breakfast. The hotel offered the cheapest rate around Kaihim Makuhari station at the time I booked it.
Room was small as expected but hotel was huge with adequate facilities. Check in was smooth despite the numerous guests and the hotel public baths were clean & sizeable. Location is close to Makuhari station and an outlet mall. Mega AEON and Costco Malls just minutes away makes it a really well located hotel at a reasonable price.
very conveniently located to Kaihinmakuhari station, 30 minutes by train to Tokyo station, and about half that the Disney Tokyo resort. also free bus to Disney, although we didn’t go.
The staff was uniformly terrific. always helpful and cheerful. Loved the Art Deco design of spacious lobby area.
