We loved our time here. Service was friendly but always efficient and professional. Everything we needed for a fabulous ski holiday was literally right at our door step. Breakfast and dinner were included and these meals were generous and catered to all tastes. The onsen experience was precious. There is nothing like the hot pool outside with snowflakes swirling down around you!

Hosts were very nice, and very helpful getting me set up for skiing on the hill. The location is pretty hard to beat as you are right on the hill. Breakfast was ideal before skiing. All in all it was a great stay.
