Fantastic hotel! My single room was spotless, had a nice view and felt really spacious compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Tokyo. Additionally, the location was very convenient along the Yamanote line and the breakfast was delicious and varied. When picking up my luggage on my final day, I had a really nice chat with one of the staff members. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Gorgeous building with so much history, excellent location, huge room, ridiculously comfortable bedding, opulent yet not overbearing design, luxurious bathroom, robes and rain shower, high end amenities, proper room service trolley with crisp white tablecloth and napkins, fantastic buffet breakfast including coffee to order (which seems rare in Japanese hotels) and outstanding bilingual service from staff.
