It was the attention to detail here - what you'd expect from a top hotel, but in this case it even exceeded my expectations. For example, they provided very nice and comfortable his and hers pyjamas, in addition to the usual robes. I asked for our room to be cleaned at a specific time every day, to help with our planning of activities, and as far as I could tell they did it almost exactly to the minute requested, without missing a single day. I never had to remind the turndown staff to provide something that the housekeeping had earlier missed, because housekeeping never missed a single item - down to the last type of teabag or coffee capsule.
Front office staff speak impeccable English, and were always very friendly and helpful
The location was terrific, one block from an Avis/Budget rental office (which I utilised for a day trip out), less than 50 yards to a subway station, and walking distance to all the major shopping malls, with good restaurants and convenience stores all around.

Location location location - close to Canal City, Kushida Shrine and the subway. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, easy walking distance to bigger shopping malls as well. Despite this being an unnamed hotel, the customer service team is responsive and patient with enquiries. No issue for taxis to find us too.
It is in the heart of the city, tens of meters away from Kushida Shrine, the shops, Canal City and museums. The staff are courteous and helpful. The hostel is clean, kitchen fully-equipped and value for money.
I like the location! It’s in the Kawabata Arcade near the Nakasu Kawabata and Kushida Shrine Station. It’s also in between Tenjin and Hakata. If you like walking it can easily be reached 15-20 mins walk. Everything is within reach from here.
Location is good not too far from Hakata station. You can walk from hotel to Tochoji temple and Kushida shrine. I also love electronic hair curler in the room.
Very good location: near to canal city, the Nakasu-Kawabata Shopping Street, subway station (Kushida Shrine), and very close to the airport. Also appreciated the washing machines, and the staff who were very helpful with managing the high demand for the machines. Also the most comfortable bed I had on the entire 8-day trip in Kyushu (but I like harder rather than softer beds). Would stay again for future trips.
The location is very near to city subway Kushida shrine station but even if you arrived at Hakata Station walking to the facility is still very possible. I stayed at the women room, even though every room is only separated by plywood and a curtain you pay a little more for more privacy and more space compare to the dormitory one. They provide a desk, full body mirror, hanger, towel, and amenities in the room. I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant but you get 10% if you're a staying guest.
