Staff was friendly and it was very convenient to stay in the hotel during the time of conference, which was held in the same hotel. The hotel has a little convenience store and some restaurants, which is lovely (but the restaurants are ridiculously expensive compared to japanese standard). There is a little park next door, which is nice to go for a little walk and connection to the airport and inner city is good.

Small comfortable room (Economy Semi-Double Room), small size included in the price. Very good breakfast, good selection of dishes. Public lounge with drinks, you can drink a glass of wine (all in the price of the room). The service is absolutely exemplary. Very good price/condition ratio. I would definitely choose again.
