The space was exactly as described and more. Loads of space and comfortable. We really appreciated that the shower had it's own room outside of the sink area so people could get ready at the same time. The instructions with pictures on how to find the place was very helpful. There is plenty to eat around too.

Convenience - Across the street was a Family Mart & the entrance / exit to the station. Down the street, same side as the hotel & several buildings away was another entrance / exit to the station. There were restaurants available on either side of the hotel open late at night.

Very comfortable bed and a washing machine inside the room. Relatively close to the metro station and a short bus drive from Shinjuku. The staff was very friendly.

It was very good hotel, like, free drink bar, keeping baggage’s before check in, calling taxi even though early morning, nice location around Kichijoji, very clean and large room!! We stayed 3 days night.
Awesome hospitality from loving elderly couple, made sure we had everything, prepared bath and delicious breakfast for us. They definitely enjoy welcoming tourists like us and we talked a lot. In a small residential area in Musashino near Kichiyoji, very calm but can easily access bus station to go to Kichijoji center within 10-15mn.
It was IMPECCABLY clean! The only hotel I stayed at in Japan that didn’t smell like smoke or moisture. It was also a pretty large room for Japanese standards, and the location is PERFECT! Fell in love with Kichijoji.
We enjoyed the good location of the hotel, 2min walk from the Kichijoji station (direct line to Shibuya) and there are a lot of restaurants around. The staff is friendly and can speak English. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The hotel has its own parking lot (paid service) that's very convenient. Not far from the Ghibli Museum and from a very nice park with a zoo and a pond.
The location was perfect walking distance to food and shops. Definitely will stay at this hotel next time we come back to Kichijoji!

The staff were excellent and super helpful. The room was larger than expected and had everything we needed plus more. Kichijoji is a great place to stay in Tokyo, too, as it is considerably more laid back than other more central areas of Tokyo. The hotel is a nice distance from the station, too.
Great location. Lots of awesome restaurants, shopping, a little park. You can take an airporter bus from Haneda to Kichijoji and walk 5 minutes to the hotel. Train station right there as well.
Most importantly, it is close to Kichijoji Station, an excellent location with many stores along the way. The staff is very courteous and professional.
The building is old, but my room was clean.
