Location was perfect, so many restaurants plus 7Eleven and Lawsons, 2 minute walk to 2 train stations. Rooms were small but had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely come back to stay.

Fabulous location. Fabulous and lovely staff and great rooms with L’Occitane toiletries and a huge bathtub. We had access to the Club Lounge which was a beautiful space with amazing views and great food. I really cannot fault our stay at all. Staff were kind enough to let us stay in the lounge after check out in order to kill some time before our flight. Special thanks to all Club Lounge staff and to Paul - lovely and helpful Concierge.

An outstanding experience - spacious arrival area. Felt like we were the only ones at the hotel - meet and greet to the check in was super. The Junior corner suite was amazing - it was beyond expectation and every little touch was superb. Special surprise for my wife on her birthday, everything you want in a 5-star experience. Bath was lovely, bed comfy, touches were sublime and food was amazing - room service; breakfast; just lovely. Cannot understate the tremendous stay here.

Location to transport. Quiet. Clean rooms. Staff try their best to help. English speakers, have patience if there's an issue, eventually someone can help or you will need to stick to what you know and they will eventually come around. They just have a slow process or sometimes will say yes and not follow through, likely because they think they understand but don't. Definitely come prepared with your translator. (Eg. My travel buddy had no air con, his room became a sauna!!!! After a few calls and a visit to the desk at midnight and afterwards, the staff kept saying they would or had fixed it. They didn't, it made him sick and he didn't sleep a wink. The next day, after requesting to move, the agent simply apologised and activated his room properly, which turned on the aircon)
