This hotel is an absolute gem. My wife and I stayed there the very last night of a three week trip to Japan, and it was probably the single best hotel we stayed in. What really stood out was the staff and atmosphere. Even in a country known for solicitous customer service Hotel Kanazawa Zoushi is exceptional. Very warm and welcoming staff, so many little touches that showed they really care: welcome treat, free drinks in the room instead of nickel and diming you for money, ramen late evening, a personalized little gift on departure. The room itself was spotlessly clean and very modern. Beds were so comfortable that I was very sad we had an early train the next morning.

It was such a neat little hotel! The staff greeted us right away and were so kind! It's an amazing location. Right around the corner from a fantastic fish/food market. And a block or two from the main road that was full of fun places to see and let to a beautiful walking path by the river. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again!

Great location, walking distance from the Castle and Samurai House Museum. 3 bus stops from Kanazawa Station blue line. Great amenities (shampoo, face wash, etc) and they had a Happy Hour! Where we got to meet some of the other guests. Beds were very comfortable (compared to other Japanese Hotels we stayed at). Overall, would recommend!
As you enter the hotel room, there is a place you take your shoes off just as all the Japanese houses do. The room was spacious and everything seemed thought through. It was a bit farther from JR Kanazawa station than we thought, but we would definitely stay there again if we visit Kanazawa next time. Their staff is very courteous and friendly also and they even gave us a little gift when we left! We received such a positive and great experience there.
It's only 5 mins walk from Kanazawa station exit west. The room is clean and comfortable. They have one of the best pillows I have ever had in Japanese hotels. The public bath is also very good, with a small outdoor bath area which is nice.
The location is superb, inside Kanazawa station. The entrance is on east exit, beside 7 eleven; very2 convenience. Hotel's essentials i.e: coffee, tea, toiletries, etc provided in the lobby for us to grab. The room size is quite decent compared other Japanese franchise. Very clean and comfortable!
It is just next to the famous Omicho market. And it is within walking distance to the Kanazawa station. The room is exceptionally big and clean. Enjoy the private bathroom very much. So far it is the best hotel for my entire Japan trip.

very convenient. Just a few minute walk from Kanazawa station, next to Nikko Kanazawa Hotel. Hotel is very new. Room is spacious compared to general Japanese hotels. I like that toilet is a separated section from shower. Breakfast buffet is delicious.
The hotel was very elegant and our room was uniquely decorated with a Japanese theme which made it more special! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel is conveniently located near Kanazawa Station which can be accessed either through an underground passage way or above ground. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
