Hotel staff were polite and very helpful to get us the taxi service even though middle of the night we asked for since there were so many luggage and stuff we had.

This is a great full-service hotel. Great value—I paid around the equivalent of $72, which is incredible for Tokyo. Easy train ride to/from Haneda airport. We stayed the night before an early flight, but honestly you could stay here for your whole Tokyo vacation. Steps from Keikyu-Kamata station. Walkable from Kamata station (yes, there are two different stations). Area between the two stations is super fun—lots of restaurants, bars, shopping. Room is small, but bright and clean. Nice bathroom, high-quality body wash/shampoo/conditioner. Extra toiletries (toothbrush, razor, brush, etc…) provided for free. Comfy pajamas provided. Tea/cappuccino machine free and available all day.

Location was very close to Kamata Station and many restaurants - I did not research enough to realize the location was 45+ minutes to central Tokyo using more than one train. Breakfast was good but did not vary in our 4 day stay. Shuttle to Haneda was a bonus. Staff was wonderful.
No issues with late check-in as long as you inform them ahead of time. We love the food and drinks lounge service. The curry was tasty with a kick of spice. The udon broth was good. The udon and rice were very filling . Their manga collection was also good though they are in Japanese (only half a shelf have English version). It is also near Keikyu-Kamata station and Haneda Airport. It also two hours away to Narita Airport, just need to search for the express train from Keikyu-Kamata with no transfers.
Great location, 1/2 way between Keikyu Kamata Station and Kamata Station. Major trains in all directions, and easy access to Haneda Airport via Keikyu Kamata Station. Lots of places to eat, drink and be merry close to both stations, though they are in opposite directions from the Hotel. Hotel was slightly spacious compared to other business hotels, actual room for luggage to be placed. Great bar/restaurant downstairs in lobby if you don't want to walk 2-3 blocks to the bar/eating/sketchy business area.
The size of apartments is big. Big TV with YouTube and other apps. Separate corner to sleep on tatami and futons. 5 minutes walk from Keikyu-Kamata station.
Free curry, udon, coffee, soft drinks 24/7. Can store luggage before and after check in. Location near Keyku-Kamata station with easy access to Tokyo center and 10 minutes to Haneda airport. A lot of free manga to read on site on the first floor.
