I stayed at the hotel for the Fuji Rock Festival. Their location is just a few minutes' walk from Echigo Yuzawa, where you arrive from Tokyo and get on the shuttle for the festival to Naeba. The room is beautiful and very spacious, also super clean. There was free coffee, tea, and even free Yakult and ramen at certain hours. The hotel also had an onsen, which I was not able to take advantage of for this trip. Will definitely book here again if I'm heading back to the festival in the next years, even with the price.

I like how the hotel staff take the messages seriously and replied it sincerely. Love the room, unexpected big. And also the nespresso coffee machine in the room really made my day!
