The complex itself is fantastic, very large including a pool, bowling alley, cinema, it's own shopping area, multiple restaurants. It's proximity to Shinagawa station was a bonus. The reception and housekeeping staff are very welcoming and speak excellent English.
I am now reviewing the Annexe Tower and will be as fair as possible.
The rooms are very large in size for Tokyo. I stayed in 2 rooms. 2415 which was a double room and 20m2 and 2926 which was a King room and 26m2.
2415 had a fantastic view (see photos). 2926 not so much despite having 2 large windows - as it was a corner room and overlooked N Tower so I spent my time there mostly with 1 set of curtains closed for privacy. I regret upgrading to get a better view (my bad!l)
Clean sheets, daily housekeeping service with the option to opt and in return for a donation to an environmental charity which was a nice touch. Their laundry service was fabulous and considering it was (I believe) dry cleaned, exceptional value for money.

The capital of Japan, Tokyo is a vast, teeming metropolis nestled between mountains and Tokyo Bay. It’s so huge that you’ll have to come to grips with public transport and maybe even experience being pushed onto a train. Yes, it does actually happen!
Get your bearings by ascending the Tokyo World Trade Centre near the waterfront, and savour the fantastic views taking in the red-and-white Tokyo Tower and Shinkuju’s skyscrapers. North is Ueno, home to the best museums (including the Tokyo National Museum) and a large park bursting with cherry blossom in spring.
Equally tranquil are the Chiyoda Imperial Palace and Gardens, surrounded by water. Also in gardens is the Meiji Jingu Shinto shrine in Shibuya, a youthful district where neon abounds.
For more traditional Japanese culture, head to Asakusa whose Sensō-ji Buddhist temple is Tokyo’s oldest temple. Markets in the grounds sell a variety of wares, though shopping in Tokyo is, of course, fantastic wherever you go.
Whether you stay in a Japanese ryokan, luxury Tokyo hotel or a hostel, don’t fly out of Tokyo Narita Airport or Haneda Airport without having tried sushi. Another Japanese institution is the sento (public bath) and onsen (hot springs bath) – a must try. Also incredibly popular are Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, Asia’s 2 most visited theme parks.

Tokyo was a wonderful surprise...super friendly locals and all the signs and announcements are in English! Super clean, no graffiti, no tooting mopeds - in fact very little traffic as everyone walks and takes the trains. Which are super efficient as there are heaps of Train Lines going in every direction, so its easy to criss cross the city. Very safe walking in the streets too! And the food is SO good!

Tokyo, like all of Japan, has brilliant "mass" transportation, and in Tokyo it reaches its most complex, So be patient with yourself while figuring out how to take advantage of this "embarrassment of riches." Try to learn a few important expressions, and be grateful when you meet someone who understands and speaks a language (e.g., English) other than Japanese. I found people to be helpful ALWAYS, and if not effusively friendly, they are respectful and deserve your respect. Find the small places for great food, ask around, and try to stay at a locally owned and run small ryokan, where you'll get the best advice on where to eat, what to see, etc. Don't miss visiting other parts of Tokyo outside of the usual Asakusa (which is wonderful) and Taito city, and don't miss the museum complex in Ueno Park. Oh, and for those who come from U.S. cities: take note of the cleanliness and the accommodation of pedestrians and cyclists.

Tokyo because of capital city a bit expensive but I am convinced because we have many Japanese who can speak English .I am learning NIHONGO.for my next visit for business. God bless you richly. 🙏 my favourite spot is Ueno Park, sushi tammura plus Japanese cooled noodle. Specially subways, for us activities to learn more ethics/manners are 👍
Location was very close to Higashi-Shinjuku station, and there are a lot of convenience stores close-by. The hotel is about a 5-10 minute short walk from the main Shinjuku area, so there are also a lot of restaurant options to choose from.
The staff were very nice and accommodating. I booked a car park spot during my stay, and they reserved it for me days prior. When I asked where I need to go to park the car, the staff personally walked me out to the car park to show me the location.
I told the hotel that it was my husband's birthday and they put a handwritten birthday card in the room, which we found really nice. The location is great, just few steps away from the driverless Yurikamome station and another station that is Shinjuku/Shibuya line. We also used the massage chair in the room a lot until our backs were tender 😆 it was worth it. AMAZING VIEW from our window.
The location is very convenient, close to Imperial Palace Park as well as 15 minutes away from Shibuya by metro.
The hotel is few minutes away by foot from a very typical place with restaurant underneath the arches from the train tracks as well as from several popular streets full of restaurants.
The lobby is very beautiful with a direct view on the Tokyo Tower, same view from our room.
Very good hotel in an excellent location linking Shinjuku and Harujuku / Shibuya either by walking or by train. Located on the southern side of Shinjuku Station meant you were close to main attractions but in a quieter spot. Short walks to main shrines and gardens/parks in area but also easy access to rest of Tokyo. We spent seven nights here and it is ideal.
Location in Shinjuku is away from the noisy part of town but close enough to walk and explore. Breakfast was great value for money. A secure 24-hour car parking across the road that was subsidised by the hotel.
