The room itself is very spacious for Tokyo. I can't fault the room, I liked the bathroom and amenities and things like complimentary pyjamas.
The public bath is clean and nice - no tattoos allowed, but they allow you to go in if you cover up your tattoos and they provide you with stickers. Staff were nice, albeit a little formal.

Location was great. Room was wonderful. Service impeccable and fast. The club lounge was something I would absolutely love to recommend. It provided a fantastic place to get some peace and quiet and the breakfast was perfect and the evening service was very generous and the view was amazing also.

Now I've stayed in a few classy hotels in my life, but this hotel blew them all out of the water... It was amazing! The view of Tokyo from my bedroom was exceptional, and the staff was so on point and accommodating, the service was excellent. There is a chill out lounge available for you to get your own snacks and tea for free, and relax with a view of the city. There are a few restaurants there too, I went to the wagyu one and was served a fine dining course experience with a personal chef for a very low cost, I was impressed. This hotel is one of those where while it is pricey, it is also something where you get what you pay for - I will be here again soon.
