Great new hotel, staff is super friendly and helpful, room is great, shower room is high grade, the location is central, it is a mixed cultured area, Korean, Japanese, Southeast Asia shops and restaurants all around here, train station is like 1 minute away.
Unlike other big hotels located on Main Street, this is located in a smaller street which you can experience where usual Japanese live. Overall awesome experience staying here

Simple breakfast. Double room was small ( like in other similar hotel) . no space to move once a luggage is opened.
Onsen was good. Complimentary drinks is a plus. The laundry machines right next to the counter was great as the staff was able to remove uncollected clothes promptly as soon as its done for other guests to use. Short walk from Ikebukuro station exit west (N). Has Lawson, 7 eleven nearby , even AEON minimart next to hotel. Staff is excellent : very efficient, friendly and helpful. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful one and keep up the good work.

The room itself was very nice with a lot of amenities and special features like nice lighting, a personal sauna and automatic toilet. It was filled with a lot of special features and exceeded our expectations of what the room would be like. Overalll, the room itself was very nice.
