Good location because it is quiet and not so busy, near Tsuruhashi station. The room is much nicer than most hotels at this price level. The room has clean smell, while many Japanese hotels smell like cigarettes despite non-smoking status. This one has nice windows (large) and wide room.

Our room was upgraded,bed and pillows are comfortable, clean and quiet room. Within walking distance from Tennoji st made it convenient to traveling around Osaka and go to the airport.
