Beautiful hotel, helpful and friendly staff, comfortable and spacious rooms (for Tokyo!). Good breakfast, excellent location for getting around Shibuya. Just across the freeway so not loud but a 5 minute walk to the crossing and easy to go south towards Ebisu and Nakameguro. Staff think of and take care of everything from the moment you arrive. The food was fantastic and I could manage a view a the scramble from my hotel. But don't worry if you don't have a view there are plenty of viewing spots from the hotel. Location is super handy for travellers.
