The location was fantastic, a very short walk to 'electric town' and the akihabara station. Lots of food options available in the area, and a family mart. We had room service pizzas from the restaurant downstairs and they were delicious, and having room service was very welcome when we were tired from lots of walking.
The staff were very helpful and were able to speak english.
