An authentic Japanese inn. We were treated well. Public onsen. Private onsen. Unique rooms. Excellent food. And lots of unexpected extras - late night candy. Late night complementary drinks. This was the most incredible hotel experience I have ever had. The location is absolutely stunning and surrounded by nature. The staff and service are beyond exceptional- we were treated like royalty! The rooms are just beautiful, relaxing, and the beds were super comfortable. Of course we enjoyed the private onsen and did not want to leave. The food was such a treat- truly a culinary masterpiece for both breakfast and dinner (both included in our stay). They provide you with everything you need- all standard amenities, pajamas, bath robes, water, free drinks, even a free midnight snack! How could anyone not love this place and the people. I will be dreaming of my stay for a very long time.
