Delicious and beautiful Japanese breakfast with American offerings as well, service was excellent. Room was spacious, with separate living area. Bathroom also spacious.

Excellent location! The hotel itself is spacious and modern. Nice cafe in the lobby and friendly staff.

The staff was exceptional and super friendly, and spoke good English. The location was 10-15 minutes walking from the Shibuya scramble crossing. The building was a bit old but the pictures give a good view of the actual rooms. We had a room with private bathroom and toilet which was nice to return to after long days of walking. Would absolutely recommend for the price paid.
