This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and was a pleasure to stay in. All of the staff are extremely kind and helpful, especially the morning staff who prepare the most incredible vegan breakfast each day. The room is perfectly clean and very comfortable. We loved the tatami flooring. Osaka was our favorite destination during our Japan trip, largely in part to how wonderful this hotel was. I will absolutely be staying here again when I come back to Osaka!

Breakfast was great with many options in the buffet and also "a la carte".
Fitness center was very clean, most of the times empty and with good options for both cardio and strength training.
Staff treated us really well and helped us with everything we've asked.

The location is very convenient, about an 8 minutes walk from two train stations near Dotonbori. Our room was big, clean, and quiet. The facilities are excellent. The guest lounge on the 6th floor is beautiful and spacious. It has an espresso machine that made excellent coffee. Luckily, our room was on the 6th floor. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. They let us check in a bit early and made a reservation at a Japanese restaurant for us. We highly recommend this hotel.
