The staff were extremely polite and helpful especially when we arrived very late after a delayed flight. The location is very good as you can walk to Shibuya aswell as Shinjuku and train stations are close by. We used a very convenient luggage delivery service via the hotel to send our luggage to osaka which was great.

I usually don't sleep well at hotels, but I did in this one! The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, no strange smells, and no distractions. The location couldn't have been better. Everything wasn't overly fancy nor too cheap, it was just right. Same with breakfast. Great value.
