The staff is friendly, and they used iPad to communicate with me. They do their best for good service. The room is big and very clean than many hotels in Japan.
The room is modern, and I like the coffee machine in the room with cute ceramic cup. The ceramic cup is clean, so I feel comfortable to use it. The bed is comfortable, and it is good size for me.
The hotel is on a block with many ceramic stores. There are few cafes inside some of the ceramic stores. I had a latte and it was very good and pretty with latte art. The area has nice views of trees and mountains.
You can walk to Arita station in 25 minutes, and there restaurants and cafes near the hotel. Also you can make ceramic ware, and I went Norito Ceramic to make ceramic ware. Also the pottery experiences come with soba. I had a lot fun with my friend making ceramic ware, and we also paint on the ceramic ware.
I will stay here again :)
