The hotel felt quiet and calming after the business of the city. Beautiful interiors in the reception area and friendly staff. The room size wasn't too bad for Japan although not the largest we had. Lovely selection of tea, coffee and snacks in the room which was a nice touch and all the bathroom amenities you would need. Breakfast was available in the cafe on the ground floor, the selection wasn't great for us (pescetarians) but if you ate meat there would be plenty of options. The area was ok but we felt a little far from the action. Overall it was good for what we needed for our last 2 nights in Tokyo but maybe not the best location for a first time visitor.

Hotel is in very good location, walking distance to Ginza shopping district and there are so much restaurants around the hotel . 3 mins walk to shinbashi station. The room is clean and the view is so good.

Well located but basic hotel. Room was clean with nice decor and good bathroom but faced into an alley and had only a frosted window for light making it feel v claustrophobic. Glad we were only there one night. People raved about free drinks in foyer but a couple of average glasses of wine did not make up for the room - which did not have a closet or anywhere to store clothes/suitcases or coats. Design fail there.
