Clean, new. Layout for room was good, our luggage didn't block floor space or doors although the space is not big. Bigger than many rooms in Tokyo anyway.

Location was amazing. Very central and quick/easy to get to everywhere either from Shimbashi Station or Hibiya Station. We were able to walk to Ginza, Teamlabs Borderless and the fish market. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Great view from room. Gym was ok. Coffee machine in lounge was great also the ice machine and washing machines were great
