The grounds and views are exquisite and there is a lovely place to stop for coffee or cold drinks, sandwiches, etc. midway on your walk There are a few areas that are challenging to those with mobility issues but most are accessible for walking. Do not miss it!

The price was great and the location is fantastic. Beautiful rooftop terrace view of the lake and surrounding mountains. While it's not right along the waterfront, you can also see the lake and mountains from the bedroom window, and you are just a couple minute walk from the shore.

The location was perfect an easy walk from the train station and super close to the ferry dock and main square. It is also very close walk to Villa Monastero.
Great location, literally across the street from Villa Monastero and Villa Cipressi gardens and just steps away from the main piazza. The home had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The hosts also thoughtfully provided some basic breakfast items that were so handy to have on hand. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel right next to the church and few mins from Villa Monastero. We stayed in the ‘suite’ so had a nice view of Lago di Como. There is a restaurant downstairs so you have the option to eat there as well, which we made use of.
Room was nice, had all amenities. Safe area, close to a local breakfast & lunch place. Close to Villa Monastero and public parking garage so if you have a car then this is great location.

The views from this apartment are phenomenal! The place was comfortable and everything was in working order. Giorgio and Alberto were very helpful with everything including assisting in transportation from the train station. The building is behind the ferry terminal. Short walk to grocery store, restaurants and sites.

Wonderful personally prepared breakfast by a very kind accommodating cook! Pleasant location with a balcony that has a pretty view of a town square with a church steeple. Elevator to upper floors was very convenient to get luggage to the room. Close to the loveliest gardens at Villa Monastero and Cipressi!
Everything about b&b il bolentino varenna is phenomenal. place is located in short walking distance to varenna esino train-station and ferry ride to bellagio ,como and other side of lake . famous villa monastero is in 10 minutes walking distance. restaurant and cafe are all around.Surrounded by beautiful view of lake .They serves very nice and huge breakfast. you will not regret in staying this place .
