Great hosts and wonderful breakfasts - being gluten free is always a challenge when traveling, but Daria was able to find a GF bakery and spoiled me with fresh chocolate croissants. The facility was newly renovated & everything was impeccably clean and comfortable.

Our hotel was on Via Maqueda, right across from the Teatro Massimo. Great location - easy landmark to find. This is a pedestrian street with lots of shops, markets set up, very vibrant area to be, lots of good restaurants close by.

Unbeatable location on Corso, right by Quattro Canti, Via Maqueda, Cathedral and Piazza Pretoria, Hotel is in an elegant palazzo that makes you feel like a Royal ( you walk through the 17th century apartment of the old noble family who lived there to access your room if you are on 2nd floor!). And lovely rooftop terrace is a really great spot for a quiet drink. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff makes this a great oasis in a hectic city. Clea, fresh rooms too!
Excellent position on via Maqueda, close to everything. Big room. The double glazing manage to insulate from the street noise (we are really in the center of the tourist area, with many lively bars and restaurants).
It was very well located, in the heart of the historic centre, just off Via Maqueda with its buzzing street restaurants, Quattro Canti, with the churches around it all walking distance as is the Palermo Cathedral and the streets leading to it, with shops selling artistic ceramics and jewellery. Gloria and her family are warm, we had a well lit comfortable room with a shower, all spanking new.
The location was absolutely brilliant. The apartments are located in the beating heart of Palermo - Piazza Verde and Via Maqueda. Our balcony overlooked Teatre Massimo and the constant buzz of people walking up & down the pedestrianized Via Maqueda was a people-watcher's dream! The daily breakfast at the nearby cafe was excellent.
The location is a 2 minutes walk from quattro canti. Security is fantastic with great details communicated before arrival. The building is old and you have to look past a few cracks. A charming room with a surprising mix of pristine bathroom facilities and eclectic artwork. We had a lovely view over via maqueda and were treated to a procession of music from the local church across the way.
Very clean, excellent location (2 minutes by foot to Teatro Massimo and Via Maqueda …) and very helpful staff, which was not on-site the entire time, but responded to questions mostly immediately by cell phone.
Very good (and easy to find) location which is totally walkable from the city centre. The area of the property feels very safe and I really loved the wine bars nearby which are cosy and not too busy compared to the Via Maqueda or Via Vittorio Emanuele. The host (Ruslan) was really available and helpful. The room number 3 was super clean. I totally recommend Monacò Rooms and I would book it again!

Plenty of space. Good air con in the twin bed room and also in the living space.
Host arrived within minutes of us contacting him to say we had arrived.
All kitchen essentials were availabe and fully-functioning including kettle, hob and fridge/freezer.
Overall, I feel we got what we paid for.
