Near everything - perfect location and no noise from outside even though it’s right there off a Main Street. So clean and daily cleaning as well. Staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable assisted us finding whatever we needed during our trip and communication was great.

Bering to Rome 20 years ago, really enjoyed sightseeing again and beeing able to see the beautiful parts of Rome. The only thing that really shocked me at every place was the dirt and rubbish everywhere. The tourists don’t care where they leave their stuff, no one is willing to carry their rubbish until it can be disposed properly. People just through their rubbish into the beautiful flowers/nature or leave it on the floor. This is a no go and should be fined, I’m sure they would have enough money then for a proper clean up. Especially in the heat, the rubbish smells and makes the whole town look bad. I cannot believe how disrespectful tourists and the own people are to such a lovely city.

Good view from the top. Other than that, not super impressive. Also don’t shake hands with the migrants. This is one of the main places they try and slip a trinket (usually bracelets) into your hand and then badger you to pay them for it.

That is a lot of steps!
That is a lot of steps! The view is spectacular- you can see everything of the city from up there! I was not sure why the line was so slow to get in the church, it was too extremely hot to be in the sun for 45 min-1 hour, so could not get inside. Every other church I went to never had this issue... Beautiful location and a quite the accomplishment to get to the top. Enjoy.

An impressive structure but we found it disappointing because it was divided into 'sections' and we were unable to grasp its full width and length. Obviously touristy and crowded with too many pushy touts around.

I found that you cannot sit on the steps during the day.
I found that you cannot sit on the steps during the day. Police will blow a whistle and ask you to move along. however, you can sit on the steps in the evening time and enjoy conversation with friends or other visitors.

The apartment was centrally located and was walking distance to the Pantheon, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Also, there were lots of very good restaurants in the area, and the view of the Largo Argentina was beautiful.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the rooms managed by Hotiday! The staff were incredibly helpful and always available to assist with any needs or questions I had. The location was perfect, situated right between downtown (via del corso and Trevi Fountain/Spanish steps) and the train station, making it easy to explore the city and get around. Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenience and great service! Hotiday had a whatsapp number where you can just message them for any need or inquiry, and they respond almost instantly!
The apartment was outstanding. Two large terraces with unparalleled views of Rome as well as a large living area with floor to ceiling windows. We are a family of 5 and the apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated with new and clean bathrooms. A short walk across the river leads directly to the historic centre and the Spanish steps. Hosts were responsive and helpful. We loved this place!!!
Location, staff, breakfast, everything. Just 5 mins away from spanish steps. They upgraded us to junior suite. We didnt buy breakfast, they included us in that for free. Super friendly staff! Frencesco, Luca, Thylak, Giolia all were super nice! We requested before time to have a room away from breakfast area, they acknowledged, and room was perfectly quite.

Location is PERFECT. Breakfast is just the right thing to get your day started to see all the sites in Rome. The bus is literally outside the hotel door. However - the Spanish steps are a short walk across the bridge. 🇮🇹. But the staff - made all the difference - their recommendations and coordinating taxis was above and beyond

Loved the location right in the heart of Rome. The apartment was very comfortable - the a/c worked really well thankfully. There was even a washing machine we were able to use to get some clothes cleaned. The beds were comfortable, and the showers worked well. The rooftop was a nice place to relax and get a little view of Rome. Very easy to walk out and right into the middle of everything, and only 5 minutes from the Spanish Steps, and another 5 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. Perfect!
