The breakfast was excellent. Great value for money
The magnificent Sant’Eufemia Basilica is the historic heart of Grado. Built in the 6th century on the site of a much older church, the basilica is remarkably well preserved. Some of the original features are still visible, including a fragment of the ancient floor mosaic. Many ornate architectural details, sculptures and frescos have been added through the ages – all of which can be seen for free.
