A warm welcome was received when we arrived. We had the Garden apartment that was a short distance through narrow alleyways from the main reception area. A private entrance at a gate that entered into a courtyard filled with green pot plants made a safe and secure entry to the door. The interior reflected the charm of Palermo with a spectacular interesting feature in the shower area. We stepped out onto the main street able to walk comfortably with no cars all within the historic centre. We were given a map that marked all that was required for our stay.

Unbeatable location on Corso, right by Quattro Canti, Via Maqueda, Cathedral and Piazza Pretoria, Hotel is in an elegant palazzo that makes you feel like a Royal ( you walk through the 17th century apartment of the old noble family who lived there to access your room if you are on 2nd floor!). And lovely rooftop terrace is a really great spot for a quiet drink. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff makes this a great oasis in a hectic city. Clea, fresh rooms too!
The proximity to Via Marqueda (shopping and restaurants) and the tourist attractions ( Teatro Massimo, Quattro Canti, mercato Bellaro and the cathedral). The apartment had everything we needed - coffee machine and pods, washing machine, privacy and a really comfortable bed!
Salvatore is the best host ever, and Downtown Maqueda is certainly one of the best apartments I have stayed in. The apartment is brand new, super clean, and equipped with everything you might need (even personal care items like band-aids and hair bands—anything you can think of). The location is excellent, just a few minutes away from Quattro Canti. Salvatore is always ready to help, any time of day. It’s truly the best place to stay in Palermo. If I ever return, I will definitely stay there again.
Spacious and functional apartment with a seamless check-in and check-out process. The location is perfect for exploring the busy city center, including Quattro Canti and the Cathedral. A quick note for those driving: make sure to purchase the ZTL pass (the hosts did mention it, but we missed it. It’s cheap but needs be bought in advance).
Some reviews mentioned the street being a bit dark, but honestly, this is just typical of Palermo’s charming sidelines—nothing to worry about. Overall, a great stay!
The apartment is in a prime location, very close to the magnificent cathedral, and a very short walk to the Quattro Canti, which leads to many bars ,restaurants, and historical buildings. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. Antonio greeted us when we arrived to give us the keys and information. He was friendly and welcoming and only too willing to help with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this apartment to stay in if you are lanning a trip to the wonderful City of Palermo!
This is a fantastic hotel in a very safe area of Palermo. Very clean, quiet and a comfortable bed with a fridge in the room with some nice welcome drinks. 👍. Some great local restaurants and easy access to public transport for trains and ferries.
A short 10 to 15 min flat walk from the central tourist areas of Quattro Canti for sight seeing but a much more pleasant area to finish off the night.

A set of modern apartments, with two common rooms, including a kitchen and sitting area, that serves as a reception where they welcome you with maps and bits of useful tips and information about Palermo. The location is amazing, it's a 1 minute walk to Quattro Canti and all other major attractions. All in all, I recommend it.
