Boutique style hotel with lovely rooms and very spacious and modern bathrooms. The hotel had a rooftop terrace which served wine, beer and cocktails. Breakfast was substantial with good choice, and had GF options. Reception staff were very helpful.

This is the most delightful hotel I've ever stayed in. My daughter and I arrived very hot and weary from a long journey and were met with such friendliness and concern for our well being. The room felt so luxurious in it's decor, curtains and bed linen. It was air conditioned, had a mini bar with bottled water in, comfy beds, sofa, writing desk, tea and coffee making facilities and a comfortable sized bathroom. Although this sounds like standard fare it felt really bespoke. We hadn't paid for breakfast on booking but were offered the option still if we wanted. We decided we would and I'm so glad we did, it was such a treat. Beautiful airy breakfast room with an amazing choice of breakfast options presented so enticingly - especially all the lovely sweet loaves and tarts. The staff at every level made you feel like you were their only guest. They happily allowed us to leave our cases at the hotel after check out, as we had a day in Turin before catching the train late afternoon. On our return, to collect our luggage, they arranged a taxi to take us to the station. More than these courtesies though was the interest the staff showed in us, stopping to talk and ask us about our day and recommend places to go and foods to try while we were in Italy. Can't recommend this hotel enough.

One night stop at Turin on our way to Milan and I could not have chosen a better accommodation. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean, the size is ok and the architecture is great also. But the staff made all difference. We arrived at the hotel by car coming from France with lots of luggage. I forgot to reserve a parking spot at the hotel and when I realized that I would have to stop at a public parking nearby with lots of luggage which were supposed to stay at the car, I contacted the hotel and Marco managed to assist us and got a space in the hotel garage. He was also great to assign our two rooms next to each other. I would certainly recommend the hotel.

The flat is fantastic: it's new and everything was squeaky clean. It's tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The check-in and contact with the staff was smoothless, too, and the Lavazza espresso machine was certainly a nice touch.

We totally fell in love with the apartment and the kindness of the host. The location is great: quiet and beautiful neighbourhood, metro nearby and Porta Susa train station close enough. The apartment is spacious, elegant and well-equipped. Two bathrooms, washing machine, a great variety of kitchen utensils — there was nothing the host hadn't thought of. There was also speedy WiFi. I would love to stay there again.
Located a short distance from Porta Susa train station and Hertz car rental (which was the main reason we stayed here). Quiet and safe area. About 15 min walk to the main city centre and major sights.
We arrived in Turin quite late, but our host Caterina was able to arrange for a key safe near the apartment, so that we could access the apartment easily.
Felt so comfortable at this hotel. Housed in a lovely old Italian apartment block. Great little breakfast terrace, with a wide selection on offer for breakfast.

The apartment is clean and comfortable, I liked that the house is quiet, all the photos are true, a nice view from the balcony, convenient transportation to the Porta Susa train station, which was important for me. Quick communication with the owner of the property.
A super central place 5 mins walk from central square Piazza Castello as well as Porta Susa train station connecting you with everything, that easily fits 2 people. All works perfectly with Wi-Fi, washing facilities and a tiny kitchenette making it possible to prepare a bite or breakfast and enjoy the amazing view. Quiet building. Underneath a wonderful Focacceria with Italian disches and good Farinata and Focaccia. The host is super kind and helpful with advices and always just an sms away. Highly highly recommended!
After a long day of travel I arrived at Hotel Torino Porta Susa, and the welcome was very nice. It was located in a nice neighborhood with loads of nice little restaurants. Also in walking distance of the main attractions, and very close to the Porta Susa train station and metro connections. Would recommend.
Just a short walk from Porta Susa train station, where I arrived. Also close to the historical center and convenient for the Politecnico where I was attending a congress. Got a friendly welcome at reception. Room was good quality and cosy. Breakfast is included in the price. I had an early morning train to catch and was able to have breakfast before the official time.
